1. Is this a paid event?

This event is free and reserved for internal Medco employees.

2. How far do I have to travel to get the 42 days Medco Active Movement finisher medal?

Finishers are participants who are able to complete the following challenges within 42 days from 1 July - 11 August 2022:

1. Walking: 80km
2. Running: 160km
3. Cycling: 500km
4. Workout: 750mins

3. How to determine the top 3 individuals and groups?

1. Top 3 individuals are three individual participants in each category who consistently exercise and can first complete the maximum limit according to the specified time (consider rest days).
2. The Top 3 teams are the three teams in each category that consistently exercise and on average (according to the number of members) achieve the best distance/duration according to the specified time (considering rest days).

4. What recording applications are allowed?

For this event, we recommend 4 (four) application options, including: Garmin Connect, Strava, Suunto, or Polar which is already connected to Cause.

5. How do I collect and submit cycling results with Strava, Garmin, Suunto or Polar?

You can directly connect the application with Cause so that all your activity sessions are automatically collected and recorded in the activities you follow. You can follow the instructions on this page to connect these apps to the Cause platform.

6. Can I upload my activity results manually?

No.

7. When will the prizes for participants who complete the activity be sent?

Prizes will be sent approximately 1 (one) month after the event period ends and validation of all participants' results has been completed. We will distribute prizes to Top 3 Individuals and Teams during the August 17, 2022 at the Energy Building event.

8. Can I invite my family to join this event?

No.

General Rules

1. No cancellations or changes can be made to registrations for any reason.

2. Participants are strongly advised to apply three rest days, then only four activities in one week can be counted in the scoreboard. Activities outside the maximum recommended distance or duration above will not be counted in the scoring system.

3. Activities more than 4 days a week will not be scored. The following is a breakdown of the weeks during the activity period:

   1. Week 1: 1 July 2022 until 7 July 2022
   2. Week 2: 8 July 2022 until 14 July 2022
   3. Week 3: 15 July 2022 until 21 July 2022
   4. Week 4 : 22 July 2022 until 28 July 2022
   5. Week 5: 29 July 2022 until 4 August 2022
   6. Week 6: 5 August 2022 until 11 August 2022

4. Medco Active Movement should be conducted outside working hours.

5. All registered participants will get a jersey.

6. Complete the challenge and reach this distance in 42 days to win EXCLUSIVE MEDALS::

   1. Walking: 80km (Maximum 5km per day and maximum 4 days a week)

   2. Running: 160km (Maximum 10km per day and maximum 4 days a week)

   3. Cycling: 500km (Maximum 30km per day and maximum 4 days a week)

   4. Workout: 750 minutes (Maximum 45 minutes per day and 4 days a weeke)

   Note: if your daily activity exceeded the maximum distance or duration per day limit, then only maximum distance or duration limit will be calculated.

7. The best three Individual participants and three Teams in every category who complete the maximum distance or duration (including rest days) will win exciting prize from Medco.

8. For this event, we recommend 4 (four) application options, including: Garmin Connect, Strava, Suunto, or Polar which is already connected to Cause.

9. Always switch on your GPS when using the tracking app of your choice for outside activities.

10. Manual Submission consisting of screenshots of activity data from other applications are not accepted for this event.

11. In the case of GPS Drift, if the route becomes incorrect, the committee retains the right to disqualify or change the mileage of the activity.

12. The registration period is from June 29 to July 9, 2022 at 23:59:59 WIB.

13. Submission or upload of activity results is only accepted during the date of the event, which is from July 1, 2022 at 00:00 WIB until August 11, 2022 at 23:59 WIB.

14. Submission results will be validated on August 12, 2022 to August 14, 2022.

15. All participants should protect their health and safety and that of others by applying strict COVID-19 health protocols and road regulations AT ALL TIMES while participating.

16. Participants deemed to have violated the rules will be disqualified from this event.

Top 3 Individuals Rules

1. The winner is a participant of the 42 days Medco Active Movement.

2. The winner is required to complete the minimum distance from the selected category.

3. The winner is one of three individual participants in each category who exercise consistently and is the first to complete the maximum limit according to the specified time (considering rest days).

4. If there are participants who complete the distance at the same time, then the winner will be selected based on the accumulated distance.

5. Winners will receive exciting prizes from Medco.

6. The winner must display the Heart Rate on the result of the submitted activity.

7. 1 (one) male and female winners will be selected from each category of Top 3 Individuals.

Top 3 Teams Rules

1. The winner is a participant of the 42 days Medco Active Movement.

2. The winner is required to complete the minimum distance from the selected category.

3. The team consists of 5 people for cycling and workout / fitness; and 7 people for running and walking.

4. Team members must be from the same division or subsidiary company.

5. One division / subsidiary company can register more than one team.

6. You can only enroll in one team.

7. Team members will automatically be listed in the individual category.

8. The winners are the three teams in each sport that exercise consistently and on average (according to the number of members) achieve the best distance/duration according to the specified time (considering rest days).

9. If there is a team that completes the distance at the same time, then the winner will be selected based on the accumulated distance.

10. Winner will get exciting prize from Medco.

11. Winners who have been selected as top 3 Team winners cannot be selected as Top 3 Individual winners.

Validation Terms & Winner Determination

1. Participants are only entitled to appeal during the validation period by providing supporting evidence for consideration by the committee. All requests and reports outside the validation period will not be accepted by the committee.

2. The committee has the right to ask for supporting evidence during the validation period to investigate the participants. Failure to provide the required evidence in accordance with the time and needs presented by the committee may result in the result or participant being disqualified from the event and/or competition.

3. All committee decisions are final and cannot be contested.

4. Prizes cannot be cashed in whole or in part, or transferred in any way.

5. Winners cannot choose the color and/or type of prize awarded. The color and/or type of prize given will be adjusted to the information listed on the event page or based on the availability of existing stock.

6. The selected winner will be contacted via email to confirm data and complete administrative requirements. If the data and administrative requirements cannot be completed by the winner within 5 (five) working days from being contacted, the committee has the right to cancel the winner and transfer the prize to another participant who meets the requirements..

7. The committee has the right to cancel the status of the winner who has been selected, if in the future information/facts/reports/evidence are found that indicate an indication of dishonesty, manipulation, or fraud.
